Consistent Faces. Constant Care.
One of the greatest gifts we offer is stability. Our long-standing team of educators, forms deep, lasting bonds with our families. You won’t find a “revolving door” of staff here; you’ll find a team that genuinely loves what they do.
At Marino Early Learners, we don’t suffer from the high staff turnover that plagues massive childcare factories. We also don’t use relief educators from outside agencies to cover shifts. Led by our Director, Jie, our team consists of highly dedicated, passionate educators who deeply understand that early education is built entirely on trust and connection. We don’t just watch your children; we get to know your entire family.

“When you run a boutique center of only 39 places, you have the luxury of knowing every single child’s unique personality, strengths and quirks. I invite you to come visit us, walk through our gardens, and witness firsthand why this small community is so special. We don’t focus on filling seats; we focus on raising confident, capable children.”
